  • At Sacred Journey, we provide a seamless, compassionate process. Once you contact us, we arrange a gentle pick-upfrom your home or your veterinarian's office. Your pet is transported with dignity to our facility for an individual private cremation. After the process is complete, we personally return your pet’s remains to your home in a memorial urn.

  • Yes. We specialize in exotic pet cremation throughout Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. We provide services for "pocket pets" (hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs), reptiles (snakes, lizards, turtles), and birds (parrots, parakeets).

  • Our pricing is transparent and based on the weight of your pet.

    • Tiny/Exotic Pets: Starting at $229.

    • Small to Medium Pets: Between $269 and $309.

    • Large Pets: Ranging from $369 to $499.

    • Communal Options: Starting at $99.

      Every private cremation includes a memorial urn, a paw print keepsake, and a bamboo memorial.

  • We understand the importance of closure. Typically, we return your pet's remains and memorial keepsakes to your home within 10 to 20 business days.

  • We guarantee the integrity of your pet’s remains through a strict tracking system. In partnership with Sunset Promise, we follow a multi-step verification process that exceeds industry standards. From the moment of pickup to the final return, your pet is assigned a unique tracking number to ensure you receive your pet’s remains—and only theirs

    • Private Cremation: Your pet is cremated individually. Their ashes are carefully collected and returned to you in a memorial urn.

    • Communal Cremation: Several pets are cremated together. Ashes are not returned to the owners but are instead scattered lawfully and respectfully in a natural setting by the crematorium.

  • Yes. We utilize state-of-the-art hot hearth cremators designed by Sunset Promise. These units are engineered for maximum fuel efficiency and complete combustion, which significantly reduces carbon emissions and minimizes the environmental footprint.

  • To comply with EPA safety standards and protect the environment, we generally remove non-combustible items (like metal buckles) or synthetic materials that release toxins. We recommend keeping these items as personal mementos.

  • Yes. We can provide a high-quality ink paw print of your pet. This serves as a perfect stencil for tattoo artists. We are also happy to recommend local Los Angeles tattoo artists who specialize in pet memorial work.
